      【摘要】目的 探讨“手指弹琴”锻炼法应用于经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入治疗术后手掌肿胀的临床效果。方法 将经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入治疗术后发生手掌肿胀患者100例，按入院时间先后，随机分为对照组和干预组各50例，对照组实施常规护理，干预组采用“手指弹琴”锻炼法，比较2组患者术后2h、4h、8h、12h、24h术侧肢体肿胀及出血程度。 结果 实施“手指弹琴”锻炼法后，干预组术后各观察点手掌肿胀度均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(F=9.121,P<0.01）。2组患者术后出血程度比较差异有统计学意义(Z=2.10,P=0.036)。结论 经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入治疗(Trans-radial coronary intervention , TRI）术后运用“手指弹琴”锻炼法，可有效降低手掌肿胀度，提高临床护理安全。

      【】Objective To explore the application of "Finger Piano" training method in transradial coronary intervention clinical effect of palm swelling after surgical. Methods Transradial coronary intervention occurred after 100 cases of palm swelling patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Group of routine nursing, the intervention group used "finger Piano" training method, To compare the degree of palm-swelling of the palpation at 2h、4h、8h、12h、24h after surgery, the degree of internal bleeding was compared to 24 hours after surgery. Results After the application of the "finger play" method, the swelling degree of the palm of each observation post after the intervention group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (F=9.121,P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in postoperative bleeding between the two groups (Z=2.10,P=0.036). Conclusion TRI (Trans - radial coronary intervention, TRI) postoperative use of exercise "fingers to play the piano", can effectively reduce the palm swelling degree, improve the clinical nursing safety.
