      摘要:目的 了解重度营养不良肿瘤患者照顾者的真实照顾负担体验和感受，以期提升照顾者的照护体验，为制定针对性护理干预措施提供依据。方法 采用目的抽样和便利抽样相结合的方法，选取2018年3-8月于上海市复旦大学附属中山医院医院肿瘤内科住院化疗的重度营养不良的肿瘤患者家属10例，运用质性研究中的现象学研究法，进行半结构式深入访谈。采用Colaizzi7步分析法对资料进行分析。结果 通过资料分析对负担体验共提炼出6个主题，包括疏忽自身健康、经济压力加重、社会角色改变、生活质量下降、缺乏知识和需要帮助指导及情绪问题。结论 医护人员应关注照顾者的身心健康，为照顾者提供针对性的干预措施和支持系统，促使他们以更乐观更积极的心态帮助患者面对疾病，提高生活质量。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Objective To investigate the reality burden experience and feelings of caregivers of cancer patients with severe malnutrition and improve the care experience of caregivers as well as to provide a basis for the development of purposed nursing interventions. Methods A total of 10 cases of severe dystrophic tumor patients underwent chemotherapy in the Department of Oncology, Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University, Shanghai, China, from March to August 2018. By phenomenological approach, the semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted. Data were analyzed using the Colaizzi seven steps analysis. Results By data analysis, six topics were extracted from the burden experience of study objects, including neglecting one's own health, increasing economic pressure, changing social roles, declining quality of life, lacking knowledge, and needing help guide and emotional issues. Conclusion Health care providers should pay attention to the physical and mental health of caregivers and provide purposed interventions and support systems for them to face diseases and improve their quality of life with a more optimistic and positive attitude.
