      目的 制作和应用床旁健康教育视频,提高经皮肾镜取石术围手术期患者健康教育效率,促进患者康复。方法 将93例经皮肾镜取石术围手术期患者按入院时间分为对照组(50例)和观察组(43例),按路径实施健康教育。对照组采用常规健康教育方法；观察组制作微课视频在床边触控媒体点播进行健康教育,并进行针对性改进。比较两组患者健康教育效果、患者健康教育满意度、术后住院时间。结果 观察组首次宣教后健康知识得分、住院期间健康信念得分和健康行为得分、患者健康教育满意度显著优于对照组；观察组健康宣教频次、耗时和术后住院时间少于对照组(P<0．05)。结论 自制床旁健康教育视频应用于经皮肾镜取石术围手术期患者,可显著提高健康教育效率,促进患者康复。

      【 】 Objective to improve the efficiency of perioperative health education on patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy and to promote the rehabilitation of patients. Methods Totally 93 patients underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy were recruited and were divided into experimental group and control group by admission time with 43 cases in control group while 50 cases in experimental group. Two groups were implemented health education according to the path. The control group was received Routine health education from nurses . The experimental group was received beside health education based on video . Compared the effect of health education, satisfaction of patients and postoperative hospital stay between two groups. Results The scores of health knowledge after the first education, health belief and health behavior during hospitalization, patients"satisfaction with health education and hospitalization time in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group( P<0.05)； Conclusion the production and application of bedside health education video for patients on perioperative period of percutaneous nephrolithotomy can improve the efficiency of health education and promote the rehabilitation of patients .
