      目的 探讨精准化护理干预在神经源性膀胱管理中的效果观察。方法 选取2017年7月－2018年6月收治瑞金康复医院神经源性膀胱患者30名,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组予以精准化康复护理干预,对照组予以常规康复护理干预,比较两组患者干预前后间歇导尿的依从性、尿路感染的发生率,患者的满意度。结果 观察组在间歇导尿的依从性、患者的满意度均高于对照组、尿路感染的发生率低于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。结论 精准化康复护理干预可以有效提高神经源性膀胱患者间歇导尿的依从性,降低尿路感染的发生率,改善生活质量,提高满意度。
英文摘要:
      objective explore the effect of precise nursing intervention in neurogenic bladder management.Method Thirty patients with neurogenic bladder in Ruijin Rehabilitation Hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected,They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,The observation group was given precise rehabilitation nursing intervention,The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing interventionCompare the compliance of intermittent catheterization before and after intervention, the incidence of urinary tract infection and the satisfaction of patients between the two groups.Result Compliance of observation group in intermittent catheterization,The patients'satisfaction was higher than that of the control group and the incidence of urinary tract infection was lower than that of the control group,There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).conclusion Precise rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance of neurogenic bladder patients with intermittent catheterization, reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection, improve the quality of life, and improve satisfaction.
