      目的 了解和分析中医护理技术耳穴埋豆的研究热点。方法 检索CNKI、VIP、WanFang Data、CBM建库至2018年9月期间中医护理技术耳穴埋豆相关文献,以BICOMB2.0、SPSS22.0作为数据挖掘和处理工具,采用共词分析进行研究热点分析。结果 最终纳入中医护理技术耳穴埋豆文献8983篇,得到16790个关键词,37个高频关键词,156位核心作者。结果显示穴埋豆在临床护理中的应用主要集中在化疗患者群体、未成年人群体(青少年、小儿)、老年群体(脑卒中、糖尿病、高血压)和手术患者群体的疾病治疗和预防中。结论 耳穴埋豆相关研究已经累计一定程度,也取得了一定的成效,但研究深度与广度有待加强。今后应注重从疗效检验到基础研究的深入,逐步提升相关热点研究的证据质量,以及专家共识结合科研证据探索耳穴埋豆实施规范。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze research hot spots of auricular buried beans in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing skills. Methods Articles regarding auricular buried beans were retrieved from CNKI, VIP, WanFang Data and CBM from their establishment to September 2018. BICOMB2.0 and SPSS22.0 were used as data processing tools. Co-word analysis was taken to analyze the research hot spots. Results: A total of 8983 articles were included, with16790Keywords, 37 high frequency Keywords. The results showed that the application of auricular buried beans in clinical nursing mainly focused on the treatment and prevention of diseases in patients with chemotherapy, minors (adolescents, children), elderly people (stroke, diabetes, hypertension) and surgicalSpatients. Conclusion The researches on auricular buried beans have accumulated to a certain degree, but the research depth and breadth need to be strengthened. In the future, attention should be paid to the in-depth study from the efficacy test to the basic research, and gradually improve the evidence quality of relevant hot research, as well as the implementation standard of auricular buried beans though expert consensus combined with scientific evidence.
