目的 探讨四川省新入职护士规范化培训课程的设置,为保证培训质量和效果提供科学的理论依据。 方法 通过参照国家下发《新入职护士培训大纲(试行)》及结合文献分析,自行拟定咨询问卷,运用德尔菲(Delphi)法向32名专家对课程模块、课程内容和学时进行2轮专家咨询。结果 两轮专家平均积极系数为100%,权威系数为0.915 ,变异系数为0.11,肯德尔协调系数为0.345(P<0.001)。共设置学时数186个,确立一级指标(课程模块)3项,二级指标(培训课程)19 项,三级指标(培训内容)122项。 结论 专家具有较强的积极性、权威程度及意见集中程度都比较高,最终形成的培训课程代表性和权威性均较好,从而保证了培训实施过程更加规范与科学。 |

Abstract:Objective:Based?on?post?competency,?this?essay?explores?the?establishment?of?standardized?training?courses?for?newly?recruited?nurses,?and?provides?theoretical?basis?and?practical?guidance?for?the?effective?development?of?training.
Methods:Referring?to?the?"Training?Outline?for?New?Nurses?(Trial)"?issued?by?the?state,?this?essay?combine?with?the?results?of?literature?analysis?and?training?demand?survey.?A?formal?consultation?questionnaire?was?formed?after?pre-investigation,?and?32?experts?were?consulted?by?Delphi?method?for?two?rounds.
??Results:The?average?positive?coefficient,?authority?coefficient,?variation?coefficient?and?Kendall?coordination?coefficient?of?the?two?rounds?of?experts?were?100%,?0.915,?0.11?and?0.342?(P?0.001)?respectively.?A?total?of?186?school?hours?were?set?up.?Three?first-level?indicators?(curriculum?modules),?19?second-level?indicators?(training?courses)?and?122?third-level?indicators?(training?contents)?were?established.
Conclusions:Experts'enthusiasm,?authority?and?opinions?concentration?are?high.?The?representative?and?authority?of?the?final?training?courses?are?optimistic?,?which?further?guarantees?the?standardization?and?scientificity?of?training?implementation. |
