目的：探讨细节护理在CO2激光喉显微手术治疗喉癌护理中的应用及对患者生活质量(QOL)评分的影响。方法：在研究中于2014年8月～2017年8月选取了在我院接受CO2激光喉显微手术治疗的喉癌患者40例作为研究对象,依据电脑随机分配的方式,将其分为A组和B组,每组各20例。对B组患者行常规护理方式,对A组患者行细节护理方式。结果：在护理满意度评分方面,A组和B组分别为95.00%、60.00%,A组高于B组(P＜0.05)。A组和B组护理后的焦虑评分(SAS)和抑郁评分(SDS)评分均低于护理前(P＜0.05)。在SAS评分方面,A组和B组分别为(37.74±3.32)分、(46.55±3.36)分,A组评分低于B组评分(P＜0.05)；在SDS评分方面,A组和B组分别为(38.52±3.21)分、(51.37±3.42)分,A组评分低于B组评分(P＜0.05)。A、B两组患者护理后的QOL评分分别为(56.91±2.51)分、(46.07±2.23)分,A组高于B组(P＜0.05)。结论：在CO2激光喉显微手术治疗喉癌护理中应用细节护理具有较高的价值,值得应用。

英文摘要:

Purpose of research: To discuss the application of detailed nursing care in the treatment of laryngeal cancer patient who received CO2 laser microsurgery and its effect on QOL score of patients.The methods: In this thesis, 40 patients with laryngeal cancer who received CO2 laser laryngeal microsurgery in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2017 were selected as object of study. They were divided into group A and group B according to the method of random allocation by computer, with each group 20 cases. Patients in group B received routine care while patients in group A received detailed care.Results: the nursing satisfaction scores of group A and group B were 95.00% and 60.00% respectively, and the results of group A were significantly higher than that of group B (P < 0.05). Anxiety scores (SAS) and depression scores (SDS) were lower in both groups A and B after nursing (P < 0.05).
