      目的 探讨角色体验教育法对老年卧床患者主要照顾者进食体位培训的实践应用及效果。方法 选取2017年10月份至2018年10月份照顾广东省第二人民医院心血管内一科老年卧床患者的主要照顾者,共85人,采用随机数字表分为对照组与实验组,其中对照组对老年卧床主要照顾者进行常规喂食体位相关知识的口头宣教;试验组使用“角色体验教育法”对老年卧床患者主要照顾者进行培训比较两组照顾者为患者喂食时,患者体位达标率、呛咳发生率。结果 实验组为患者喂食时,进食体位达标率为99.40%,呛咳发生率为1.56%;对照组为患者喂食时,进食体位达标率为70.20%,呛咳发生率为11.01%;实验组对饮食护理知识的掌握率优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用角色体验教育法对老年卧床患者主要照顾者行进食体位培训可提高患者的进食达标率,从而降低患者的呛咳发生率,提高主要照顾者的饮食护理知识,减少护理安全不良事件的发生。

      Objective To explore the practical application and effect of role experience education method in feeding position training for primary caregivers of elderly bedridden patients.Methods From October 2017 to October 2018, a total of 85 primary caregivers of elderly bedridden patients in the department of cardiovascular medicine of the second people"s hospital of guangdong province were selected. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table, including 42 patients in the control group and 43 patients in the experimental group. The control group did not interfere with the activities of the elderly bedridden feeding, the elderly bedridden patients can take a free and comfortable position; The role experience education method was used to train the primary caregivers of the elderly bedridden patients on the body position of feeding. The rate of body position compliance and the incidence of choking and coughing were compared between the two groups when the caregivers were feeding the patients. Results When feeding the patients in the experimental group, the standard rate of feeding position was99.40%, and the incidence of choking was1.56%. When the control group was feeding the patients, the standard rate of body position was70.20%, and the incidence of choking was 11.01%. The mastery rate of diet nursing knowledge in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the role experience education method to train the main caregivers of the elderly bedridden patients with food posture can improve the rate of patients" food standard, so as to reduce the incidence of choking, improve the knowledge of the main caregivers" diet nursing, reduce the occurrence of adverse events of nursing safety.
