| 摘要：了解肾移植患者心理一致感和希望水平的现状，分析影响因素，为制定具有针对性的干预方案提供参考。方法 方便抽样选取2018年4月至2019年4月在我院进行术后随访的200例肾移植患者为研究对象，应用自行设计的一般资料问卷、心理一致感量表 （sense of coherence-13，SOC-13）、herth希望量表进行调查。 结果 肾移植患者心理一致感条目总均分为5.02±0.57，希望水平条目总均分为2.90±0.21；肾移植患者心理一致感与希望水平各维度呈正相关（均P<0.01）；家庭关系、心理一致感是影响肾移植患者希望水平的主要因素（Ｒ２＝0.544），控制一般资料后，心理一致感能独立解释希望水平变化的53.7%。结论 护理工作者应重视肾移植患者的心理一致感，提升健康教育策略，以促进肾移植患者希望水平的提高，从而改善患者生活质量。 |

| Abstract: Objective to understand the current situation of the sense of psychological consistency and the level of hope in renal transplant patients, and to analyze the influencing factors, so as to provide reference for formulating targeted intervention programs.Methods a convenient sample of 200 kidney transplant patients who were followed up in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 was selected as the research object, and the self-designed general information questionnaire, sense of coherence-13 (SOC-13) and herth hope scale were used for investigation.Results the total items of the sense of psychological consistency in renal transplant patients were divided into 5.02 ±0.57 and 2.90±0.21.The psychological congruence of kidney transplantation was positively correlated with all dimensions of hope level (all P < 0.01);Family relationship and sense of psychological consistency were the main factors affecting the level of hope of kidney transplant patients (R2 = 0.544). After controlling for general data, sense of psychological consistency could independently explain 53.7% of the change in the level of hope.
Conclusion nursing workers should attach importance to the training strategy of improving the sense of psychological consistency of kidney transplant patients, so as to promote the level of hope of kidney transplant patients and improve the quality of life of patients. |
