      目的 了解门诊2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者睡眠状况及其影响因素。方法 采用结构式问卷对131例门诊T2DM患者基本资料、疾病信息、自我管理情况、近1个月睡眠质量进行调查和分析。结果 经匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）测得PSQI平均得分为7.76±4.634分（0-20分），其中61人存在睡眠问题（PSQI≥8分），占总人数的46.6%。经单因素方差分析发现：性别、年龄、婚姻状况、经济状况、病程长短、睡眠问题家族史、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖对糖尿病病人睡眠存在影响（P<0.05）。结论 综合医院门诊T2DM患者存在睡眠障碍问题，早期评估、早期发现睡眠障碍问题，开展有针对性的健康教育，对稳定血糖和改善睡眠质量具有积极的意义。
英文摘要:
      Objective The purpose of this study is to understand the status of sleep quality in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) in outpatient department of general hospital,so as to provide evidence for better nursing intervention and comprehensive management in clinic.Methods The basic data, disease information, self-management and sleep quality in the past month of 131 outpatients with T2DM were investigated and analyzed by a structured questionnaire.Results The average Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) score of 131 patients with T2DM was 7.76±4.634（0-20）points，of which 61 patients had sleep problems(PSQI≥8),accounting for 46.6% of the total.ANOVA analysis showed that gender, age, marital status, economic status, duration of disease, family history of sleep problems, fasting plasma glucose(FPG) and 2-hour postprandial glucose(2hPG) had effects on sleep of patients with T2DM (P < 0.05).Conclusion Sleep disorder exists in patients with T2DM in outpatient department of general hospital.So,early assessment, early detection of sleep disorders and targeted health education are of positive significance for stabilizing blood sugar and improving sleep quality.
