      目的 了解不同层级护士继续教育的培训需求现状,分析其影响因素,为各层级护士制定针对性的培训计划提供参考依据。方法 采用研究者自行设计的《各层级护士培训需求调查问卷》对我院739名在职护士进行在线问卷星调查。结果 不同层级护士有不同的培训内容需求和培训方式需求。其中在沟通能力、专业能力与科研能力方面的需求比较,具有差异统计学意义(P<0.05),而在管理能力与教学能力方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),说明各层级护士的培训需求存在一定的交叉。工作太忙及占用休息时间太多是影响护士参加在职培训的主要因素。结论 护理管理者应根据不同层级护士的培训需求,分内容、分层次、分阶段定期培训,同时提供多渠道、多方位的培训方式,提高培训效果。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the training needs of nurses in different hierarchy and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide references to formulate specific training plans. Methods A total of 739 in-service nurses were investigated through an online questionnaire survey which was designed by researchers themselves. Results Nurses in different hierarchy had different training needs and menthods. In terms of communication ability, professional ability and scientific research ability, there was a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05); while in terms of management ability and teaching ability, there was no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05). This indicates that there is a certain overlap in training needs of nurses in different hierarchy. Busy workload and taking too much rest time to study are the main factors that affect nurses to participate in on-the-job training. Conclusion According to the training needs of nurses at different levels, Nursing provide regular training in different contents, levels and stages, and provide multi-channel and multi-directional training methods to improve the training effect.
