| 目的 探讨取俯卧位的肛周手术患者术中使用中凹型改良体位垫对减少术后排尿困难的效果,并为患者及手术医生提供更舒适、满意的体验。方法 2018年1月-2018年5月随机选取396例安置俯卧位行肛周手术的患者,按照随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组各198例,观察组患者术中使用中凹型改良体位垫,对照组患者术中使用传统软枕体位垫。调查记录患者术后24h、48h、72h排尿情况,并记录两组患者术中舒适度,术毕收集手术医生对体位垫的满意度。结果 观察组患者术后排尿困难的发生率及严重程度均低于对照组,患者对体位垫舒适度评分及手术医生对体位垫评价均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 使用中凹型改良体位垫能有效减少肛周术后患者排尿困难的发生率及严重程度,并能提升患者术中舒适度及手术医生的满意度。 |

| Objectives To study the effect of the concave modified position pad on the reduction of postoperative dysuria dring the operation of the analperianal operation in the prone position.And provide patients and surgeons with a more comfortable and satisfactory experience. Methods 396 patients who underwent perianal surgery in prone position were randomly selected from January 2018 to May 2018.198 cases of the observation group and the control group were divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number table.Improve body position pad for use in that operation of the observation group.The traditional soft pillow body position pad is used in the operation of the control group.The urination of the patients at 24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours after operation was recorded. The intraoperative comfort of the two groups was recorded, and the satisfaction of the surgeon to the posture pad was collected at the end of the operation. Result The incidence and severity of postoperative dysuria were lower in the observation group.The patient’s comfort score of the position pad and the evaluation of the position pad were higher than that of the control group, and the difference was of statistical significance. Conclusion The use of medium concave modified posture pad can effectively reduce the incidence and severity of dysuria after perianal surgery. It can also improve the comfort of patients and the satisfaction of surgeons. |
