      目的 用大五人格理论探讨人格特质对于ICU护士专业性生命质量的影响。方法 从 2019年2月-2019年7月对南京市5所三级医院的198名ICU护士进行问卷和量表调查,了解ICU护士的专业性生命质量现状和人格特质,通过统计分析确定不同人格特质对于ICU护士专业性生命质量的影响。结果ICU护士专业性生命质量评分处于较低水平;人格特质得分按照均分从高到低依次是严谨性、宜人性、外向性、开放性和神经质;Pearson相关性分析显示,ICU护士的同情满意评分与开放性、严谨性、外向性、宜人性呈显著正相关而和神经质呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。同情疲劳评分和倦怠评分与严谨性、宜人性呈显著负相关而和神经质呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果表明,外向性、宜人性、严谨性和运动休闲是同情满意评分的独立影响因素(P<0.05),而神经质和未婚是ICU护士同情疲劳和倦怠的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 ICU护士的专业性生命质量处于较低水平,且专业性生命质量与人格特质显著相关。人格特质中的外向性、宜人性、严谨性是影响ICU护士同情满意的决定因素,而神经质是ICU护士同情疲劳和倦怠的危险因素。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the influence of personality traits on the professional quality of life of ICU nurses using the Big Five personality theory. Methods: From February to July 2019, 198 ICU nurses from 5 tertiary hospitals in Nanjing were surveyed to understand the current professional quality of life and the personality traits of ICU nurses and identify the impact of different personality traits on the professional quality of life of ICU nurses. Results: The professional quality of life scores of ICU nurses was at a low level. From high to low, the personality trait scores of ICU nurses were conscientiousness, agreeableness, extraversion, openness and neuroticism. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the compassion satisfaction scores were significantly positively correlated with conscientiousness, agreeableness, extraversion, openness and were significantly negatively correlated with neuroticism (P<0.05). Compassion fatigue and burnout scores were significantly negatively correlated with conscientiousness, agreeableness and positively correlated with neuroticism (P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and outdoor exercise was an independent influential factor for the compassion satisfaction score (P<0.05), while neuroticism and unmarried status are risk factors for compassion fatigue and burnout (P<0.05). Conclusions: ICU nurses have a low level of professional quality of life, and professional quality of life is significantly associated with personality traits. As to personality traits, extroversion, agreeableness and conscientiousness are independent influential factors for ICU nurses' compassion satisfaction, and neuroticism is a risk factor for ICU nurses' compassion fatigue and burnout.
