      目的 调查并了解基于微信平台的翻转课堂模式对低年资护士正确识别各类心电图的应用效果。方法 本项调查选取我院2018.10-2019.10综合内科工作的36名低年资护士为调查对象,按等比分配法分为对照组与观察组,各18名,传统教学模式用于对照组,基于微信平台的翻转课堂模式用于观察组。学习前及学习后对所学内容及主观能动性进行考核和评价,将得出的结果采用SPSS22.0进行统计学分析。结果 统计结果显示学习后观察组对心电图识别的正确率(71.11%)明显高于对照组(54.44%),且差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),学习后观察组学习的主观能动性分数均值分布介于 3.83~ 5之间,对照组介于3 ~ 4.33之间。结论 基于微信平台的翻转课堂模式极大地提高了低年资护士对各类异常心电图识别的正确率及学习的主观能动性。由此可见,此教学模式对于临床学习的应用效果颇佳,高学历的护士更能够进一步推动和促进翻转课堂教学模式下学习内容的扩展和发展,此教学模式也有待进一步研究和推广。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate and understand the application effect of reverse classroom mode based on WeChat platform on low-year-old nurses to correctly identify various electrocardiograms. Methods In this survey, 36 junior nurses working in comprehensive internal medicine department of our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the survey objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the equal ratio distribution method, 18 in each group. The traditional teaching mode was used in the control group, and the flip classroom mode based on WeChat platform was used in the observation group. Before and after study, the content and subjective initiative of the study were assessed and evaluated, and the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS22.0. Results the statistical results showed that the correct rate of ECG recognition (71.11%) in the observation group after learning was significantly higher than that in the control group (54.44%), and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). the average distribution of subjective initiative scores in the observation group after learning ranged from 3.83 to 5, while that in the control group ranged from 3 to 4.33. Conclusion The flipped classroom model based on WeChat platform greatly improves the recognition accuracy of various abnormal ECG and the subjective initiative of learning for junior nurses. It can be seen that this teaching mode has a good effect on the application of clinical learning. Nurses with high academic qualifications can further promote and promote the expansion and development of learning content under the reversed classroom teaching mode. This teaching mode also needs further research and promotion.
