      [目的]观察新型气道管理用品在气管切开患者中的应用效果。[方法]将90例气管切开患者随机分为实验组和对照组各45例,实验组采用新型气道管理用品进行气道管理,对照组采用常规护理用品进行气道管理。比较两组气道管理相关评价指标。[结果]两组患者痰痂形成例数、气道黏膜损伤例数、床头抬高符合例数、肺部感染例数、皮肤压痕例数、肢体肿胀例数、约束时间、ICU住院时间、气切导管拔管时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]新型气道管理用品更适用于气管切开患者进行气道管理,能够减少患者并发症发生,缩短治疗时间,具有较好的推广应用价值。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To observe the effect of new airway management products in tracheotomy patients. Methods: 90 cases of tracheotomy patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 45 cases each. The experimental group used new airway management supplies for airway management, and the control group used conventional nursing supplies for airway management. Two groups of airway management related evaluation indicators were compared. Results: There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in sputum scab formation, airway mucosal injury, bedside elevation, pulmonary infection, skin indentation, limb swelling, constraint time, ICU stay, and extubation time (P<0.05). Conclusion: The new airway management products are more suitable for airway management in patients undergoing tracheotomy, which can reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the treatment time, and have a good promotion and application value.
