      目的 观察基于知信行评价的再循环教育在心脏瓣膜置换术病人抗凝治疗管理中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年1月至2019年3月于我院行心脏瓣膜置换术患者90例为观察样本,以随机数字表法分为对照试验两组各计45例,对照组接受心脏瓣膜置换术后抗凝用药常规教育,试验组在此基础上加用基于知信行评价的再循环教育,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果 试验组心脏瓣膜置换术病例干预后抗凝知识掌握度评分与抗凝用药依从性评分显著高于对照组,抗凝用药相关并发症发生率显著低于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论 采用基于知信行评价的再循环教育对心脏瓣膜置换术后抗凝治疗病人实施干预,可显著提高其抗凝知识掌握度与抗凝用药依从性,提高抗凝用药安全性。

      Objective To observe the effect of recirculation education based on the evaluation of Zhixinxing in the management of anticoagulant therapy for patients undergoing heart valve replacement. Methods Ninety patients who underwent heart valve replacement in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected as observation samples. The random number table method was used to divide the control trial into two groups of 45 cases each. The control group received heart valve replacement surgery. Conventional education of anticoagulant medication, the experimental group added recurrent education based on the evaluation of Zhixinxing on this basis, and compared the observation indicators of the two groups after intervention. Results: The anticoagulant knowledge mastery score and anticoagulant medication compliance score of the experimental group after heart valve replacement were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of anticoagulant-related complications was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Intervention of anticoagulant therapy after cardiac valve replacement by recirculation education based on the evaluation of Zhixinxing can significantly improve the mastery of anticoagulant knowledge and compliance with anticoagulant medication, and improve the safety of anticoagulant medication.
