      目的 探讨耳穴埋豆结合五行音乐疗法在缓解或减轻四肢闭合性骨折患者疼痛的应用方法及效果。方法 将2018年4月至2018年12月入住上海市中西医结合医院骨伤科的59名四肢闭合性骨折患者为研究对象，按照住院时间先后，将患者分成对照组（27名）和观察组（32名），对照组使用常规治疗护理及耳穴埋豆，观察组在对照组基础上结合五行音乐疗法，评价比较干预前后疼痛数字评价量表（NRS）、焦虑自评量表 ( SAS) 的评分变化。结果 干预前，两组患者的NRS、SAS评分无显著性差异（均P＞0.05）；干预后5、10天，观察组的NRS、SAS评分均低于对照组，有显著性差异（均 P＜0.01）。结论 耳穴埋豆结合五行音乐疗法能减轻四肢闭合性骨折患者疼痛症状。
英文摘要:
      Objective to explore the application method and effect of ear point embedding beans combined with five elements music therapy in relieving or alleviating pain of patients with closed fracture of limbs. Methods from April 2018 to December 2018, 59 patients with closed fracture of limbs who were admitted to the orthopedic department of Shanghai Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital were divided into two groups according to the length of stay: control group (27) and observation group (32). The control group was treated with routine nursing and embedding beans in ear points. The observation group was treated with five elements of music therapy on the basis of the control group to evaluate the comparative intervention The score changes of NRs and SAS before and after treatment. Results before the intervention, there was no significant difference in NRS and SAS scores between the two groups (all P > 0.05); 5 and 10 days after the intervention, the NRS and SAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all P < 0.01). Conclusion the combination of ear acupoint burying beans and five elements music therapy can alleviate the pain symptoms of patients with closed fracture of limbs.
