目的：探讨肿瘤医院实习护生依恋风格与应对方式之间的相关性。方法：采用便利抽样的方法，一般资料调查表、修订版成人依恋量表、简易应对方式量表对163名实习护生进行调查。结果：成人依恋总均分为（2.82±0.58）分，积极应对均分为（1.94±0.55）分，消极应对均分为（1.41±0.63）分，相关分析显示依恋的亲近依赖维度与积极应对成正相关（r=0.163）；依恋总分及亲近依赖维度均与消极应对成中等程度负相关（r=-0.332，-0.348）；焦虑维度与消极应对成正相关（r=0.251）。回归分析显示院校、亲近依赖和焦虑能解释消极应对方式13.7%的变异量。结论：临床护理管理和教育者应早期识别实习护生的依恋类型，引导其形成安全型依恋，帮助其采取积极应对方式去处理临床实习过程遇到的问题。

英文摘要:

Objective: To investigate the correlation study of attachment style and coping style in cancer nursing students.Methods Totally 163 student nurses were investigated with general questionnaire, adult attachment scale and coping style questionnaire. Result The total average score of adult attachment in student nurses was(2.82±0.58) points,the average score of positive coping was (1.94±0.55)points,the average score of negative coping was(1.41±0.63)point.Correlation analysis indicated that close dependence dimension of adult attachment was positively correlated with positive coping(r=0.163); the total score of adult attachment and close dependence dimension were negatively correlated with negative coping(r=-0.332，-0.348)；anxiety dimension was positively correlated with negative coping(r=0.251).Regression analysis showed that the college、close dependence and anxiety dimensions could explain 13.7% of the variance.Conclusion Nursing management and educators should identify the types of attachments early,guide them to form safe attachment,and help them adopt positive coping styles to deal with various problems in clinical practice.
