      目的 探讨基于信息化平台的机动护士调配系统在护理人力资源优化中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年8月本院选定的60名机动护士为研究对象,按照机动护士库调配时间先后顺序分为对照组(2017年9月-2018年8月)和观察组(2018年9月-2019年8月),对照组采用传统方法进行调配;观察组采用基于信息化平台的机动护士调配系统进行调配,即护理部维护机动护士资源库、护士长新增和提交机动护士申请表、科护士长审核和调动机动护士、护理部启动全院层面人力调配、系统进行汇总统计功能。比较两组机动护士平均调配启动时 长及护士长对护理人力资源调配满意度。结果 观察组共调配机动护士98人次,对照组共调配机动护士107人次,观察组平均调配启动时长为1.254±0.085小时,短于对照组的平均调配启动时长4.569±0.573小时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士长对护理人力资源调配满意度为90.82%,对照组护士长对护理人力资源调配满意度为80.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 借助信息技术对机动护士库实施护理人力资源动态调配,能有效节约机动护士调配启动时间、提高护士长对护理人力资源调配满意度,充分发挥护理人力资源效能,提高护理管理者工作效率和管理效能。

      Objective To explore the application effect of mobile nurse deployment system based on information platform in the optimization of nursing human resources. Methods 60 mobile nurses selected by our hospital in August 2017 were selected as research objects, and divided into control group (September 2017 - August 2018) and observation group (September 2018 - August 2019) according to the allocation time sequence of mobile nurse pool. The observation group adopted the mobile nurse deployment system based on the information platform for deployment, that is, the nursing department maintained the mobile nurse resource pool, the head nurse added and submitted the mobile nurse application form, the head nurse of the department reviewed and mobilized the mobile nurse, and the nursing department started the personnel deployment at the hospital level, and the system was used for summary and statistics.The two groups of mobile nurses were compared on the average start-up time of mobile nurses and the head nurse"s satisfaction with nursing human resource allocation.
