目的探讨基于影视素材的疼痛健康教育对髋关节置换术患者的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月-12月在我院行全髋关节置换术的患者158例,随机分为两组各79例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施基于影视素材的疼痛健康教育,对比两组疼痛程度、髋关节功能恢复状况、负性情绪与护理满意度。结果观察组术后1d、术后3d疼痛评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组术后7d、术后2个月 Harris髋关节评分高于对照组(P＜0.05)；干预后观察组焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论在髋关节置换术患者中应用基于影视素材的疼痛健康教育能够减轻患者疼痛、促进髋关节功能恢复、改善负性情绪、提高护理满意度。

英文摘要:

Objective.To observe the the effects of pain health education based on video in patients undergoing hip replacement. Methods: 158 paitents undergoing hip replacement in our hospital from Jan 2019 to Dec 2019 were selected and assigned into 2 groups randomly (79 cases each group). The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given pain health education based on video on the basis of routine nursing. Pain level, functional recovery of hip joint, negative emotion, nursing satisfaction of the 2 groups were compared. Results: The pain scores of 1d , 3d after surgery in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05); Harris hip scores of 7d, 2 months after surgery in observation group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05); the socres of negative emotion in observation group after intervention were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05); the nursing satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The pain health education implemented in patients undergoing hip replacement can relieve pain, promote recovery of hip function, improve negative emotion and enhance nursing satisfaction.
