      目的 分析在妇科手术并发深静脉血栓管理中护理敏感指标的应用价值。方法选取2017年8月至2019年7月上海市某三级甲等妇产科专科医院妇科病房的7308例手术患者，其中2017年8月-2018年7月3367例手术患者为敏感指标实施前手术的患者， 2018年8月-2019年7月3941 例手术患者为敏感指标实施后手术的患者，对比两组患者术后并发深静脉血栓发生率情况。结果 敏感指标实施后的手术患者深静脉血栓发生率(0.1％)低于敏感指标实施前(0.27％)。结论 运用护理质量敏感指标进行妇科护理管理可以减少术后静脉血栓的发生，有助于改善整体护理质量,值得进一步推广。
英文摘要:
      Objective Analysis of the application value of nursing sensitive indicators in the management of deep vein thrombosis in gynecological surgery Methods A total of 7308 inpatients underwent gynecological surgery between August 2017 to July 2019 were included in our study. 3367 inpatients underwent gynecological surgery between August 2017 to July 2018 that accepted routine gynaecological inpatient care were selected as controlled group. 3941 inpatients between August 2018 and July 2019 underwent operations were chosen as the observation group. The patients of observation groupwere treated with targeted nursing by using sensitive indicators of nursing quality.Results The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in patients undergoing surgery after the implementation of sensitive indicators (0.1%) was lower than that before the implementation of sensitive indicators (0.27%). Conclusion The use of nursing quality sensitive indicators for gynecological nursing management can reduce the incidence of postoperative venous thrombosis, and help to improve the overall quality of care, which is worth further promotion.
