| 目的 分析精神病患者保护性约束使用现状及原因，为从事精神科工作的医护人员合理使用约束提供指导。方法 采用回顾性研究的方法，分析2017—2019年1～6月于成都市第四人民医院住院的精神病患者保护性约束使用情况，并分析其使用原因。结果 纳入分析的8035例精神病患者中，使用保护性约束的患者2575例，使用率为32.05%。使用保护性约束的患者疾病类型主要包括精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、急性短暂性精神障碍、精神活性物质所致精神障碍和抑郁障碍；主要原因为危害他人安全、扰乱医疗秩序和伤害自身安全。使用保护性约束的2575例患者中，男性1388例（53.90%）、女性1187例（46.10%） ；患者年龄段以以18～65岁居多；使用时长以0～4 h居多，少数患者使用时长＞12 h。不同性别（2=31.379，P0.01）、年龄（2=2354.924，P0.01）、疾病类型（2=1077.217，P0.01的精神病患者保护性约束使用率比较，差异均有统计学意义。结论 精神病患者保护性约束使用率较高，不同性别、年龄、疾病类型的患者保护性约束使用率有所不同，医护人员应根据患者实际情况，科学地为患者实施保护性约束。 |

| Objective To analyze the status and causes of the use of protective restraint in psychiatric patients, To provide guidance for the rational use of constraints by medical staff engaged in psychiatric work. Methods Retrospective study, Analysis of the use of protective restraint for mental patients admitted to Chengdu fourth people's Hospital from January ~ June 2017 to June 2019, And analyze its use reason. Results Of the 8035 psychiatric patients analysed, 2575 patients with protective restraint, The utilization rate was 32.05. The disease types of patients using protective restraint mainly include schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, acute transient mental disorder, psychoactive substance-induced mental disorder and depressive disorder; The main reasons are endangering the safety of others, disturbing the medical order and harming their own safety.
