      目的：探索基于奥马哈系统护理管理模式对代谢综合征患者各项结局的影响。方法：方便抽样方法,选取2018年3月至2019年9月在我院代谢综合征专科门诊患者130例作为研究对象,干预组给予基于奥马哈系统的护理管理模式,6个月后评价两组患者干预效果。结果：两组患者护理问题的结局评分、健康促进量表、生活质量量表、人体学各项指标和生化指标有差异(P＜0.05),具有统计学意义。结论：基于奥马哈理论护理干预模式能从认知、行为和状态三方面改善患者结局,矫正不良生活方式,改善代谢综合征各项危险因素,促进患者健康。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effect son-in-use of Omaha system nursing management model on the outcomes of patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods Convenient sampling method, selected from March 2018 to September 2019 in our hospital metabolic syndrome specialist outpatient patients 130 cases as the study object, the intervention group gave the Omaha system-based nursing management model, 6 months after the evaluation of the two groups of patients intervention effect. Results The outcome score, health promotion scale, quality of life scale, ergonomic indicators and biochemical indicators of the two groups of patient care problems were statistically significant. Conclusion Based on Omaha"s theoretical nursing intervention mode, it can improve patient outcomes, correct bad lifestyle, improve risk factors for metabolic syndrome, and promote patient health.
