      目的 总结我院门急诊在新型冠状病毒（简称新冠）肺炎疫情期间探索出的特殊管理经验，为国内综合医院的新冠病毒肺炎及其他传染性疾病的防控提供参考。方法 在传统的就诊一次分诊的基础上，将患者的就诊路径规划为单向流动线，并增设四次流行病学史调查，两次体温测量，将其命名为“1142”管理模式。统计该模式运用期间的漏诊率及医护人员感染率。结果 自2020年1月19日至3月6日，本院感染患者0漏诊，本院员工0感染。结论 “1142”管理模式使门急诊就诊次序井然有序、防疫效果良好，可在日后类似突发卫生公共事件中加以推广应用。
英文摘要:
      Objective This article summarized the pre-triage experience of outpatient and emergency department in our hospital in the outbreak of 2019 novel coronavirus, so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia and other infectious diseases in domestic general hospitals. Methods On the basis of the traditional method, planning the patient’s treatment path as a unidirectional line, and four times epidemiological investigation and twice temperature measurements were added, which were named "1142" management mode. Calculating the missed diagnosis rate and infection rate of medical staff during the application of this model. Results By 6st,Mar,2020, none of the infected patients were missed diagnosis and none of the staff in our hospital were infected. Conclusion "1142" management mode is effective and can be applied to similar public health emergencies in the future.
