| 目的 分析军队医院实习护生在新型冠状病毒(简称COVID-19)肺炎疫情管控期间抑郁状态及影响因素。方法 选取上海市某军队三级甲等医院在COVID-19肺炎管控期间的233例实习护生为研究对象,采用自行设计的一般资料问卷、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表对其进行调查。结果 焦虑状态无统计学意义。对抑郁状态单因素分析结果显示：目前所处状态、毕业院校性质、隔离管控时间、隔离管控后饮食方式会影响护生抑郁状态(P＜0.01或P＜0.05)。多元线性逐步回归分析及Logistic回归分析均显示：毕业院校性质、隔离管控后饮食方式是影响实习护生抑郁的主要因素(P＜0.01或P＜0.05)。结论 军队医院实习护生在COVID-19肺炎疫情管控期间易发生抑郁状态；目前所处状态、毕业院校性质、隔离管控时间、隔离管控后饮食方式等因素与心理抑郁状态相关,其中毕业院校性质、隔离管控后饮食方式与抑郁状态密切相关；我们建议应根据实习护生教育背景、饮食方式,同时关注重点特殊人群,积极施加干预。 |

| Objective To analyze the depression and anxiety status as well as the influence factors among the student nurses in a military hospital during the management control of the newly happened coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
Methods A total of 233 student nurses from a military third-level hospital in Shanghai were selected as the research objects. The self-designed general questionnaire, self-evaluation anxiety scale and self-evaluation depression scale were adopted to assess the status of depression. Results No significance was found in the status of anxiety. The univariate analysis of depression status showed that the current state, the nature of the graduate school, the duration of isolation, and the dietary pattern during the isolation would affect the depression status of the student nurses (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05＝. Both the multivariate linear regression analysis and Logistic regression analysis indicated that the nature of the graduate school and the dietary pattern were the main risk factors that affecting the status of depression (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Students nurses are likely to suffer from depression during the management control of the coronavirus-2019; the status of depression are related with the current state, the nature of the graduate school, the duration of isolation, and the dietary pattern during isolation. Among them, the diet pattern and the graduate school are the significant factors. Positive measures should be adopted for the special group of student nurses according to their education background and diet pattern. |
