      摘要：目的 通过访谈及时了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下一线医务人员的心理压力，并提出干预措施，确保医务人员的身心健康。方法（1）抽取湖北省第二批援鄂医疗队成员中的20名临床医护人员作为样本进行深入访谈。（2）采用colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈数据进行分析。（3）救援后第一周，采用症状自评量表scl-90评估20名医务人员的心理压力。结果 一线医护人员救援1周后20人中有18人（90.00％）出现心理问题，表现为工作负荷大, 身心疲惫；担心被感染，恐惧焦虑；对己不自信，压抑无助等压力。结论 参与抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的一线护士存在一定的心理压力，医院应采取必要的措施，如优化管理、合理安排工作，及时咨询和加强人文关怀。同时，护理人员还应认真调整自己的情绪，直面当前现实，勇于面对困难。
英文摘要:
      Abstract： Objective Timely understand the psychological pressure of front-line medical staff under the epidemic of COVID 19 through interviews, and propose intervention measures to ensure the physical and mental health of medical staff.Methods (1) 20 clinical medical workers from the second batch of medical teams in hubei province were selected as samples for in-depth interviews. (2) colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to analyze the interview data. (3) in the first week after the rescue, the psychological stress of 20 medical workers was assessed by the symptom self-rating scale scl-90. Results After 1 week of first-line medical workers' rescue, 18 of the 20 (90.00%) had psychological problems, which were manifested as heavy workload and physical and mental exhaustion. Fear of infection, fear of anxiety; Do not have self-confidence to oneself, suppress helpless wait for pressure. Conclusion The first-line nurses involved in the fight against COVID-19 epidemic have certain psychological pressure, so the hospital should take necessary measures, such as optimizing management, reasonable arrangement of work, timely consultation and strengthening humanistic care. At the same time, nurses should also seriously adjust their emotions, face the current reality, the courage to face difficulties.
