| 目的：构建三级分层心理疏导模式，分析其对促进肝癌住院患者心理健康的应用效果。方法：以我院肝癌住院患者为研究对象，采用随机整群抽样法将两个肝肿瘤病区分配为对照组和干预组，每组50例。其中对照组给予常规心理护理，干预组应用三级分层心理疏导模式。在住院首日及住院两周后，对两组患者均采用广泛性焦虑量表（GAD-7）和抑郁症筛查量表（PHQ-9）进行焦虑与抑郁程度的评分测定，并通过住院患者体验量表（Inpatient Experience Questionnaire , IPEQ）对其开展就医体验及满意度调查。结果：实施三级分层心理疏导模式后，干预组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组；干预组患者在住院期间的情感支持、疾病交流体验优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：三级分层心理疏导模式以全新的形式，科学系统化地应用于肝癌住院患者心理健康管理的临床实践中，有效提升了其心理健康水平，具有可行性与推广性。 |

| Objective: to construct a three-level standardized psychological counseling model and analyze its effect on promoting the mental health of patients with liver cancer. Methods: two liver tumor wards were divided into a control group and an intervention group by cluster random sampling, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine psychological nursing, and the intervention group was given standardized psychological counseling. After two weeks of hospitalization, patients in the two groups were evaluated for anxiety and depression using a generalized anxiety scale (GAD-7) and a depression screening scale (PHQ-9). Furthermore, the inpatient experience and satisfaction were investigated using a survey（Inpatient Experience Questionnaire, IPEQ）. Results: after the standardized psychological counseling model was implemented, the anxiety and depression scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than that of the control group. Patients in the intervention group experienced better emotional support and disease communication during hospitalization than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.01). Conclusion: when the standardized psychological counseling model is scientifically and systematically applied to the clinical practice of mental health management of liver cancer inpatients in its new form, it effectively improves their mental health level and has both a high degree of feasibility and popularization. |
