目的在新冠疫情期间为保障三级综合性医院胃肠外科医疗工作的正常开展，采取闭环式管理。方法2020年1月23日~3月15日，运用闭环式管理对胃肠外科病房进行人流管理、流程优化、加强感控、按需配置、应急预案、实地督查和全员培训。结果开放43张床位，共收治患者192人次，手术72人次，手术后化疗89人次，出院187人次，均达到患者预期康复的目标，确保患者及家属和医护人员零感染。结论基于闭环式管理理论的人员流程和物品流程，以及气流实施优化，有效地控制传染源、阻断传播途径，确保疫情期间医疗工作正常开展

英文摘要:

ObjectiveDuring the epidemic ofCOVID-19,closed-loop management was adoptedto ensure the normallymedicalworkforgastrointestinal surgery infirst-class general hospital.MethodClosed-loop management process was applicated in our gastrointestinal surgery ward to manage the flow of people,optimize the process, strengthen the controlofinfection, configure on demand, conductemergency plans, site inspections and full staff trainingfromJan. 23 to Mar. 15, 2020.ResultsWith 43 beds open, 192 patients were treated, 72 were operated on, 89 received chemotherapy after surgery, and 187 were discharged from hospital. All patients achieved the expected recovery, and none of these patients, their families,or medical staff were infected.ConclusionPersonnel andlogistics managementbased on the closed-loop managementsystem, as well as optimizationof airflow, can effectively control the source of infection, block the transmission route, and ensurenormal medical work during the epidemic.
