      【摘要】目的调查上海市社区75岁及以上老年人的营养状况，分析营养不良及营养不良风险的影响因素。方法采用方便抽样选取上海市社区1865名75岁及以上老年人作为研究对象。采用一般情况问卷、简易微型营养评估量表（MNA-SF）进行调查，应用Logistic回归方法分析老年人营养不良及营养不良风险的危险因素。结果642例老年人存在营养不良或营养不良风险，发生率为34.5%；年龄大、女性、有医疗负担、咀嚼功能障碍、睡眠障碍、自觉健康状况较差、糖尿病、胃肠疾病、精神类疾病为老年人发生营养不良及存在营养不良风险的危险因素。结论 上海市社区75岁及以上老年人营养不良或营养不良风险发生率较高，危险因素较多，社区应重视老年人营养状况和营养状况评估,并注意改善老年人的营养状况。
英文摘要:
      【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the nutritional status of the elderly aged 75 and over in Shanghai community and analyze the influencing factors of malnutrition.Method By convenient sampling, 1865 elderly people aged 75 and above in Shanghai community were selected as the research objects. The general situation questionnaire and Mini Nutritional Assessment Short Form (MNA-SF) were used to investigate. Logistic regression method was used to analyze the risk factors of malnutrition and malnutrition in the elderly.Results 642 elderly people were at risk of malnutrition, with an incidence rate of 34.5%，Age, female, medical burden, chewing disorders, sleep disorders, perceived poor health, diabetes, gastrointestinal diseases, mental diseases are risk factors for malnutrition in the elderly. Conclusion There is a high incidence of malnutrition risk among the elderly aged 75 and above in Shanghai community, and there are many risk factors of malnutrition. The community should pay attention to the nutritional status and nutritional status assessment of the elderly, and pay attention to improving the nutritional status of the elderly.
