| 目的：探究综合护理干预在先天性主动脉弓中断及合并心脏畸形患儿围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法：选择我院30例先天性主动脉弓中断及合并心脏畸形患儿(收治时间为自2018年6月至2019年6月)作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组和研究组，每组15例，
研究组患儿予以围手术期综合护理，对照组患儿予以围手术期常规护理，对比两组患儿护理前后的上、下肢血压水平、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)等心功能指标水平、术后并发症发生率及患儿家长对护理工作的总满意率。结果：护理前，两组患儿上、下肢血压水平及LVEF、LVEDD等心功能指标水平对比均无显著差异(P＞0.05)，护理后，研究组患儿上、下肢血压水平、LVEDD水平、术后并发症发生率均显著低于对照组，研究组患儿LVEF水平、家长对护理工作的总满意率均显著高于对照组，两组对比具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：将综合护理应用于先天性主动脉弓中断及合并心脏畸形患儿围手术期护理工作中，不仅能有效促进患儿上下肢血压水平恢复正常和改善其心功能，同时还能预防和降低患儿术后并发症发生率，从而能全面提高患儿预后质量。 |

| Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative nursing of children with congenital aortic arch interruption and cardiac malformation. Methods: Thirty children with congenital aortic arch interruption and cardiac malformation in our hospital (from June 2018 to June 2019) were selected as subjects and divided into control group and study group by random number table method. 15 cases in each group,The study group received comprehensive perioperative nursing, and the control group received routine perioperative care. The upper and lower extremity blood pressure levels, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter were compared between the two groups. LVEDD) level of cardiac function indicators, postoperative complication rate, and overall satisfaction rate of parents' care work.Results: Before nursing, there was no significant difference in upper and lower extremity blood pressure and LVEF,LVEDD between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the upper and lower extremity blood pressure, LVEDD level and postoperative complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The LVEF level and the total satisfaction rate of parents in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in the perioperative nursing work of children with congenital aortic arch interruption and cardiac malformation can not only effectively improve the blood pressure level of children's upper and lower extremities and improve their heart function, but also prevent and reduce children. The incidence of postoperative complications can improve the overall prognosis quality of children. |
