中文摘要:

慢性阻塞性肺疾病是现阶段较为高发的一类呼吸系统慢性病变,严重影响着患病人群的健康与生活质量,近年来伴随康复医学的发展,对本病患者肺康复干预的重视度在不断提升,以肺康复为中心的各类护理服务模式也逐步应用于诊疗工作中,其中延续性护理能够有效缩短患者的住院时间,为患者居家生活提供专业化的护理干预,从而有效预防慢性阻塞性肺疾病的发作,延缓疾病进程,降低再入院风险,本文主要结合近年来相关研究报道,就慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者开展延续护理的肺康复进行综述。
