| 目的：探讨冠脉护理亚专科模式内容，分析和评价模式的应用效果。方法：我院于2017年构建冠脉护理亚专科组织构架并应用于临床，通过实施亚专科护理人员培训、开展亚专科特色护理技术、建立护患交流平台、多学科合作等内容对冠心病出院患者提供延伸护理。结果：通过实施冠脉护理亚专科模式，亚专科护理小组成员在临床综合能力方面得到了提升（P＜0.05）；获批院级及以上科研课题数、发表论文数量增加；在维持出院患者的有效随访率同时，通过二级预防管理体系，维护患者的健康状态，以达到改善患者结局的最终目的。结论：开展冠脉护理亚专科模式，有利于提高护士临床综合能力，提升专科护理水平，提高护理质量及改善患者结局，有助于培养专科护理人才梯队并支撑学科发展进一步深化优质护理内涵。 |

| Objective: To discuss the content of coronary artery sub specialty model, analyze and evaluate the application effect of the present model. Methods: our hospital established the organizational framework of coronary artery sub specialty in 2017, and applied it to clinical practice. Through the implementation of training of sub specialty nursing staff, the development of sub specialty characteristic nursing technology, the establishment of nurse patient communication platform, and the multi-disciplinary cooperation as well as other contents, we provided extended nursing for discharged patients with coronary heart disease. Results: with the implementation of the sub specialty of coronary care, the clinical comprehensive ability of the members of the sub specialty nursing group was improved (P<0.05); The number of the approved scientific research projects over hospital level and the number of the published papers were increased; the effective follow-up rate of discharged patients was as well as the health status of patients were both maintained through the secondary prevention management system, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of improving the outcome of patients. Conclusion: the development of the sub specialty model of coronary care is beneficial to improve the comprehensive clinical ability of nurses with higher level of specialty nursing and better quality of nursing, and hence improving the outcome of patients. It is also in favor of effectively training on the professional nursing talents and further deepening the connotation of quality nursing.
