      目的：分析我院于2012年确立的全职造口专科护士的工作模式和成效。方法：采用专科护理数量指标和专科护理质量指标,对我院2017年至2019全职造口专科护士的工作量与工作质量进行评价。结果：泌尿科全职造口专科护士在2017～2019年的工作中,专科门诊的工作量迅速增长；3年来压力性损伤的发生率呈逐年下降态势；住院病人伤口愈合率从2017年92.00％上升到2019年95.10％。住院患者满意度从2017年94.32％提升到2019年95.93％。结论：设立泌尿科全职造口专科护士对医院长足的发展有着重要意义,能改善病人及其家属的生活质量,且有利于科室更加平稳有序地运转。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To analyze the work responsibilities and effectiveness of the establishment of a full-time ostomy specialist nurse in our hospital. Methods: Using the quantitative indicators of specialist nursing and quality indicators of specialist nursing, the workload and quality of full-time ostomy specialist nurses in our hospital from 2017 to 2019 were evaluated. Results: During the work of full-time ostomy specialist nurses in the urology department from 2017 to 2019, the workload of specialty outpatient clinics increased rapidly; the incidence of pressure injuries has decreased year by year in the past three years; the wound healing rate of inpatients has increased from 92.00% in 2017 to 95.10% in 2019. The satisfaction of inpatients increased from 94.32% in 2017 to 95.93% in 2019. Conclusion: The establishment of a full-time ostomy specialist nurse in urology is of great significance to the development of the hospital. It can improve the quality of life of patients and their families, and is conducive to the smooth and orderly operation of the department.
