      目的 描述负压条件下个人防护装备的穿脱流程并解析要点，确保医护人员在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎的过程中个人安全。 方法 通过结合新型病毒特点、雷神山医院环境设施、临床实践，形成个人防护装备穿脱流程，包括一更、二更、一脱、二脱、三脱内的穿脱顺序。 结果 个人防护装备穿脱流程明确，医务人员容易掌握。结论 个人防护装备的穿脱流程及要点解析有助于医护人员快速有效掌握穿脱要领，降低医护人员交叉感染概率。
英文摘要:
      Objective To describe the wearing process of personal protective equipment under negative pressure conditions and to analyze the main points to ensure the personal safety of health care workers in the fight against the new coronavirus pneumonia. Methods By combining the characteristics of the new virus, the environmental facilities of Raytheon Mountain Hospital, clinical practice, the formation of personal protective equipment wearing process, including one more, two more, one off, two off, three off the wearing order. Results Personal protective equipment wear removal process is clear, medical personnel easy to master.Conclusion The wearing process and the analysis of key points of personal protective equipment help medical personnel to grasp the wearing essentials quickly and effectively, and reduce the probability of cross-infection of medical personnel.
