      美国医师协会在2017年发布了《急性、亚急性和慢性腰背痛非侵入性管理临床实践指南》，本文主要从指南发布的背景、腰背痛的分类及干预效果的判断标准方面介绍该指南的相关信息，就腰背痛药物干预及非药物干预策略进行解读，并针对急性/亚急性腰背痛患者、慢性腰背痛患者及对非药物性干预效果不佳的慢性腰背痛患者给出了3条推荐意见，以期能让临床护理人员更好地了解该指南，并为做好腰背痛的相关预防和管理提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Noninvasive Treatments for Acute, Subacute, and Chronic Low Back Pain: A Clinical Practice Guideline from the American College of Physicians was issued in 2017. For a better understanding of clinical nurses to the guidelines and for a reference to prevention and treatment measures of low back pain, this article mainly introduces the guideline in terms of its release background and classification of low back pain and judgment criteria of intervention effect, interprets the relevant evidences of pharmacological/non-pharmacological intervention strategies for low back pain, and gives three recommendations to the patients with acute, subacute and chronic low back pain and the patients with chronic low back pain who have poor response to non-pharmacological intervention.
