      目的 调查实习护生使用反馈装置进行心肺复苏自主训练得分的动态变化,分析训练得分的影响因素。 方法 选取2018年至2019年在某三甲医院实习的护生218名作为研究对象。采用纵向研究设计,分别在训练开始(T1)、训练30分钟(T2)、训练60分钟(T3)、训练90分钟(T4)、训练120分钟(T5)、训练150分钟(T6)、训练180分钟(T7)7个时间点测量无反馈状态下护生心肺复苏得分,比较7次测量结果之间的差异并分析得分的影响因素。结果 7个时间点心肺复苏得分为T1(0.41±0.05)、T2(0.6±0.05)、T3(0.95±0.03)、T4(0.94±0.03)、T5(0.94±0.02)、T6(0.92±0.04)、T7(0.9±0.04)。T4、T5、T6三个时间点心肺复苏得分无统计学差异(P>0.05),但三个时间点与其他时间点的心肺复苏得分相互之间的差异有统计学意义(P?0.01)。性别、是否使用过反馈装置、体质指数是护生心肺复苏训练得分的影响因素(P<0.01),是否成年、学历、专业成绩对实习护生心肺复苏训练得分没有显著的影响(P>0.05)。结论 实习护生3人一组使用心肺复苏模拟反馈装置持续进行模拟训练的最佳时间为60分钟,对于身材瘦小的女性学员训练时间需要更长。

      Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of the scores of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training with feedback devices and analyze the influencing factors of the scores. Methods A total of 218 nursing students who have practiced in a third-grade a hospital from 2018 to 2019 are selected as the research objects.A longitudinal study design was used to evaluate CPR scores of nursing students without feedback in before the start of training (T1), training 30 minutes(T2), training 60 minutes(T3),training 90 minutes(T4), training 120 minutes (T5), training 150 minutes of , and training 180 minutes(T7) that seven time points.To compared the difference of CPR scores in each time points and analyzing the influencing factors of the scores.Results CPR scores at 7 time points was T1(0.41±0.05)、T2(0.6±0.05)、T3(0.95±0.03)、T4(0.94±0.03)、T5(0.94±0.02)、T6(0.92±0.04)、T7(0.9±0.04).There was no statistically significant difference in cardiopulmonary resuscitation scores among T4, T5 and T6 (P>0.05).But the CPR score difference in this three time among other time was statistically significant(P<0.01).Gender, whether they have used feedback devices and body mass index are the influencing factors of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training scores of nursing students(P<0.01).Adult, educational background and professional achievements had no significant influence on the CPR training scores of nursing students(P>0.05).Conclusion The optimum length of time for a group of 3 nursing students to continue the simulated training with the CPR simulation feedback device is 60 minutes.Smaller women need to train longer.
