      目的：探讨定位协作抢救模式在严重创伤患者抢救过程中的临床价值。方法：通过方便抽样,抽取2017年1月至2019年12月期间就诊于我院创伤中心的90例严重创伤患者,回顾性分析实施定位协作抢救模式前即2017年1月至2018年6月收治的45例严重创伤患者为对照组。实施定位协作抢救模式即2018年7月-2019年12月收治的45例严重创伤患者为观察组。对照组的患者进行常规抢救模式,而观察组的患者在对照组的基础上进行定位协作抢救模式进行抢救。比较干预后两组严重创伤患者在抢救过程中时效性和抢救成功率。结果：相较于对照组,观察组患者的抢救时间显著降低(P<0.05),而抢救成功率则显著提高(P<0.05)。结论：定位协作抢救模式能提高严重创伤患者抢救,具有较强的推广价值。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the clinical value of the positioning and collaborative rescue model in the rescue of severe trauma patients. Methods: Through convenient sampling, 90 patients with severe trauma who were admitted to the trauma center of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected. Retrospective analysis was performed before the implementation of the coordinated rescue model, that is, from January 2017 to June 2018. Of the 45 patients with severe trauma as the control group. Implementation of the positioning and collaborative rescue model, that is, 45 severe trauma patients admitted from July 2018 to December 2019 are the observation group. The patients in the control group were in the routine rescue mode, while the patients in the observation group were rescued in the coordinated rescue mode based on the control group. After the intervention, the timeliness and the rescue success rate of the two groups of severe trauma patients in the rescue process were compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the rescue time of patients in the observation group was significantly reduced (P<0.05), while the rescue success rate was significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: The positioning and cooperative rescue mode can improve the rescue of patients with severe trauma and has a strong promotion value.
