      目的 基于人体成分分析仪（body composition monitor, BCM）测试值为血液透析患者目标式容量管理方案。方法 以OH/ECW值为容量管理目标，通过文献查询设定指标条目池和咨询内容，用 Delphi 确定容量管理方案的构成。结果 2 轮函询问卷的有效回收率都为100%;提出修改意见19条；专家平均权威系数为0.94;专家咨询意见协调系数(W)0.298;最终确立的容量管理方案包含评估、干预、测量指标3项一级指标，6项二级指标，22项三级指标。结论 基于BCM测试值构建的目标式容量管理方案有一定的科学性和可行性，该方案的具体应用情况仍待进一步实践检验。
英文摘要:
      Objective To develop a targeted volume management scheme for hemodialysis patients based on the test value of body composition monitor (BCM). Methods Taking OH/ECW value as the goal of capacity management, setting index entry pool and consulting content through literature inquiry, and using Delphi to determine the composition of capacity management scheme. Results The effective recovery rate of the 2 rounds of correspondence questionnaire was 100%. Put forward 19 amendments; The average authority coefficient of experts is 0.94. Coefficient of coordination of expert advice (W)0.298; The finally established capacity management plan includes 3 first-level indicators, 6 second-level indicators and 22 third-level indicators of evaluation, intervention and measurement. Conclusion The objective capacity management scheme based on BCM test value is scientific and feasible. The application of the scheme is still to be tested in practice
