      目的 全面了解我国护理工时测量方面研究的现状及存在的问题,为进一步优化护理人力资源配置提供依据。方法 在中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、重庆维普、万方数据库检索从建库到2020年11月22日收录的关于护士工时测量的相关文献,将文献导入到NoteExpress 2.0软件中并由双人进行筛选,对于符合纳入标准的文献由双人提取数据并应用Excel 2016版软件建立数据库,进行描述性统计分析。结果 共纳入文献256篇,发文量从21世纪初开始增加,在2016年到达第一个高峰;有30.9%的研究受到基金资助;研究机构主要分布在上海、北京、广东、江苏、山东等地区;研究类型以横断面调查为主,其次是实验性研究。护理项目清单主要由研究者自行编制,项目数量和种类不同研究之间差别较大,较少的研究对项目清单的信效度进行检验。护士工时测量的方法主要为观察法,不同研究工时数分布差异较大。结论 以护理工时测定为基础的人力配置相关内容得到了广泛研究并取得一定成效,但研究结果之间异质性较大,缺乏对实践的指导意义,未来应该采用统一、科学的测评方法构建标准化的工时数据库。

      Objective To identify the status and existing problems of the measurement of working hours for nurses and to optimize nursing staffing. Methods Articles about measurement of working hours from Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, CNKI, Wip, and Wanfang database were reviewed. No restriction on retrieval time (from inception to 20th, Nov, 2020). The relevant documents were imported into NoteExpress 2.0 software and independently screened by two researchers. The data were extracted from eligible articles by the two researchers and Excel 2016 software was used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis. Results A total of 256 articles were included. The number of articles published increased from the beginning of the 21th century and reached its first peak in 2016. Of the 30.9% articles were funded. The institutions were mainly located Shanghai, Beijing, Guangdong, Jiangxi, and Shandong. Cross-sectional study was the most common study type, followed by experimental study. The majority of lists of nursing practice were self-made, thus the numbers of specific items varied. Reliability and validity were only reported in several articles. Observational method was common measurement method and the working hours varied from different studies. Conclusion Nurse staffing based on measurement of working hours were widely studied and achieved some results. However, the lager differences among studies lead to insufficient guidance on clinical practice. A unified and scientific method should be used to construct a standardized work-hour database in the future.
