      [目的]探讨穿越式案例教学法在外科护理教学中的应用效果。[方法]采用整群抽样选取某校2018级所有大专护理平行班学生作为研究对象,随机分组其中1~2班合并班共88人为研究组,3~4班合并班共84人为对照组。同一名教师对研究组采用穿越式案例教学法,而对对照组采用传统教学方法。并采用此法参加了校内教学比赛。[结果]对教学章节的研究组理论成绩高于对照组( P <0.01 ),且研究组学生对该穿越式案例教学法评价认为好于传统教学方法( P <0.01 )。同时应用此教学法参加教学比赛受到7名评比专家的一致好评,得到校级教学法一等奖。 [结论] 穿越式案例教学法应用于外科护理学课程教学,结合了课堂讲授和PBL优势,以教师为主导,学生为主体,教法更贴近学生,理论联系实践,能够促进学生学习意愿和参与程度,提高学生成绩,提升教学效果,可以给外科护理教学给予一定的参考建议。

      [Objective] To explore the application effect of "Stime traveler" case-based teaching method in surgical nursing teaching. [Methods] The cluster sampling method was used to select four college nursing parallel classes in 2018 as the research objects. 88 students in class 1-2 were randomly divided into the study group and 84 students in class 3-4 were in the control group. The same teacher used the "Stime traveler" case-based teaching method for the research group, while the traditional teaching method for the control group. This method was applied in the school teaching competition. [Results] The theoretical achievement of the research group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.01), and the students in the research group thought that the "Stime traveler" case-based teaching method was better than the traditional teaching method (P < 0.01). At the same time, the application of this teaching method to participate in the teaching competition was praised by the experts and won the first prize of the school level teaching method. [Conclusion] The application of "Stime traveler" case-based teaching method in the teaching of surgical nursing course utilizes the benefits of lecture teaching and problem-based learning, with teachers as the leading role, students as the main body, teaching method closer to students, then promote students" willingness to learn and participation, improve students" performance, and improve teaching effect, which is worth advocating.
