      目的：构建中医护理文件书写标准，加强中医护理文书规范管理。 方法：在文献回顾的基础上形成中医护理文件书写标准草案，运用Delphi法对16名护理专家进行问卷咨询，采用层次分析法确定各指标权重。 结果：本研究采用Delphi专家咨询法，共发放16份问卷，回收16份问卷，专家积极系数为100%，权威系数为0.9231，一、二级条目的肯德尔协调系数（Kendall’s W）分别为0.088和0.073（P>0.05）。25个一级条目和180个二级条目变异系数(CV)范围在0.00～0.24之间（<0.25）。本研究中构建共25个一级条目和180个二级条目的中医护理文件书写标准。 结论：基于Delphi法和层次分析法构建的中医护理文件书写标准符合科学性和可操作性原则，能够为中医护理文书的规范管理提供标准，具有较好的临床指导作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To construct the writing standard of TCM nursing documents and strengthen the standardized management of TCM nursing documents. Methods: On the basis of literature review, a draft standard for writing TCM nursing documents was formed. 16 nursing experts were consulted by Delphi method, and the weight of each index was determined by analytic hierarchy process. Results: In this study, Delphi expert consultation method was adopted. A total of 16 questionnaires were issued and 16 questionnaires were recovered. The expert positive coefficient was 100%, the authority coefficient was 0.9231, and the Kendall's W coefficients of the first and second level items were 0.088 and 0.073 (P>0.05).Coefficients of variation (CV) of 25 first-level entries and 180 second-level entries ranged from 0.00 to 0.24 (lt;0.25).In this study, a total of 25 first-level items and 180 second-level items of TCM nursing document writing standards were constructed. Conclusion: The writing standard of TCM nursing documents based on Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process conforms to the scientific and operable principles, can provide a standard for the standard management of TCM nursing documents, and has a better clinical guidance role.
