| 目的：探讨新冠疫情背景下机场支援护士心理弹性与社会支持、自我效能、负性情绪之间的关系,了解参与机场支援护士站在抗击疫情最前线时的心理弹性水平。方法：选取上海市某辖区内医院派遣的机场支援护理人员110名,采用中文版心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)和抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21)进行问卷调查研究和相关及多元线性回归分析。 结果：新冠疫情背景下参与机场支援护士心理弹性总分及三个维度均处于中等水平,与自我效能、社会支持呈现显著正相关,而与负性情绪呈现显著负相关；自我效能总分会对心理弹性总分及力量、坚韧两个维度产生显著的正向影响关系且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：新冠疫情背景下从事参与机场支援核酸采样工作的护士心理弹性较非疫情期处于中等水平,可进行早期干预、通过提高自我效能来提升应对能力,从而稳定机场支援护士的心理素质。 |

| Objective To explore the relationship between psychological resilience, social support, self-efficacy and negative emotions of airport support nurses under the background of the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) infected pneumonia, to understand the level of resilience of nurses participating in airport support when they are at the forefront of fighting against the epidemic. Method 110 airport support nurses in a second-class first-class hospital in Shanghai were selected, The Chinese version of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), perceived social support scale (PSSS), general self-efficacy scale (GSES) and Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21) were used to investigate and analyze the correlation and multiple linear regression. Results Under the background of the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) infected pneumonia epidemic situation, the total score and three dimensions of psychological resilience of participate in airport support nurses are all in the middle level. It was positively correlated with self-efficacy and social support, but negatively correlated with negative emotions, The total score of psychological resilience, strength and tenacity of the general branch of self-efficacy had a significant positive impact and the difference was statistically significant(P≤0.05). Conclusion Under the background of the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) infected pneumonia epidemic situation, the resilience of nurses participating in nucleic acid sampling in airport support was at a medium level compared with that in non epidemic period. Early intervention and self-efficacy can be used to improve coping ability, so as to stabilize the psychological quality of airport support nurses. |
