| 目的 了解护理实习生对针刺伤相关知识掌握的程度及行为表现,并分析其影响因素,以期降低护理实习生针刺伤的发生率。 方法 2019年1月,便利抽样法选取上海市某三甲医院正在实习的护理实习生367例为研究对象,采用自行设计的护理实习生针刺伤调查问卷对其进行调查。 结果 被调查的367名护理实习生的针刺伤发生率为18.8%。护理实习生标准化知识总得分为86.7(80,93.3)分,标准化行为总得分为75(62.5,87.5)分。护理实习生知识总得分与行为总得分呈正相关(P＜0.05),不同性别的实习生知识总得分的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),不同学历的实习生行为总得分的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 护理实习生针刺伤的发生率不容忽视。应加强护理实习生针刺伤相关知识的培训,提高护理实习生对针刺伤的认识,规范操作流程,提高护理实习生的行为水平,减少护理实习生针刺伤的发生率。 |

| Objective In order to reduce the incidence of needle stick injury, we should understand the degree of mastering the related knowledge and behavior by nursing interns, and analyze the influencing factors. Methods In January 2019, 367 nursing interns in a third-grade hospital in Shanghai were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method, and the self-designed questionnaire for needle stick injury of nursing interns was used. Results The incidence of needle stick injury among the 367 nursing interns was 18.8%. The total score of standardized knowledge for nursing interns was 86.7 (80,93.3) and the total score of standardized behavior was 75 (62.5,87.5). The total knowledge score of nursing interns was positively correlated with the total behavioral score (P<0.05). There is a statistical significance in the total knowledge difference of interns of different genders (P<0.05), and the difference in total behavioral scores of interns with different degrees was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence of needle stick injury in nursing interns should not be ignored. It is necessary to strengthen the training of the relevant knowledge of needle stick injury among the nursing interns, improve their awareness of needle stick injury, standardize the operating process, improve the behavior level of nursing interns, and reduce the incidence of needle stick injury in nursing interns.
