      目的 调查康复管理模式在吞咽障碍老年人中的应用效果。方法 选取收治入院66名符合纳入标准的老年人，随机分成实验组和对照组，对照组采用常规康复指导，实验组在对照组的基础上采用通过专家小组制定的摄食康复锻炼联合膳食管理的模式进行，3个月后评估吞咽障碍改善情况、营养状况和生活质量状况。结果 干预后患者吞咽功能状况、生活质量、营养状况均得到明显改善（P<0.05）。结论 采用康复管理模式对提高吞咽障碍老年人的生活质量、改善吞咽功能、改善营养状况发挥着重要作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the effect of continuous rehabilitation training model which is applied in swallowing disorder in the elderly. Method A total of 66 old people who admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, The experimental group received a model of the formulation of feeding rehabilitation training joint dietary management, while the control group received conventional rehabilitation guidance.After three months, evaluating the situation of swallowing disorder, nutritional status and quality of life. Results After intervention, swallowing function,the quality of life and nutritional status of the patients was significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion Subsided rehabilitation training model is effective in improving the quality of life of swallowing disorder in the elderly, improving the swallowing function and improving nutrition.
