      目的 探讨颈椎病患者的出院准备度水平,并分析其影响因素。方法 选取在上海市长征医院的骨科脊柱外科4-6楼病区2020年9月—2020年11月期间143名颈椎病出院患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、出院准备度量表、出院指导质量量表进行问卷调查。结果 颈椎病患者出院准备度总分为(92.64±16.62)分,处于中等水平。单因素分析显示文化程度高、出院回家后生活变化少的颈椎病患者出院准备度水平高,多重线性回归分析显示出院指导质量是出院准备度的保护因素。结论 医护人员应重视出院指导的有效性,根据不同患者的具体情况了解患者的出院需要有针对性地进行出院指导,减轻患者出院后的不确定感提高出院准备度水平,获得更好的康复效果。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the readiness for hospital discharge with cervical spondylosis and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A total of 143 patients with cervical spondylosis, who were discharged from the Department of orthopedics and spine surgery of Shanghai Changzheng Hospital from September 2020 to November 2020, were selected as the research objects. The general data questionnaire, discharge preparation scale and discharge guidance quality scale were used to conduct the questionnaire survey. Results The total score of readiness for hospital discharge was 92.64 ± 16.62, which was in the middle level. It was pointed out that patients with higher education level and less changes after discharge had higher level of discharge readiness. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the quality of discharge guidance was the protective factor of discharge readiness. Conclusion The healthcare workers should pay more attention to the uncertainty of patients and carry out targeted discharge guidance to improve the level of discharge readiness by reducing the uncertainty of patients after discharge.
