      目的：探究个性化护理随访方案在骨折出院儿童中的效果。方法：于2019年1月至2020年6月收治134例骨折出院患儿为研究对象，根据出院的时间先后顺序进行分组，各67例，对照组采用常规护理随访，观察组采用个性化护理随访方案。两组护理随访效果比较。结果：观察组随访率、按计划复诊率均高于对照组，数据有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。观察组HSS评分高于对照组，数据有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。观察组不良事件发生率1.49%低于对照组11.94%，数据有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。观察组护理随访工作总满意率98.51%高于对照组74.63%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：针对骨折出院患儿开展个性化护理随访方案有利于骨折愈合，达到预期随访效果，降低术后不良事件发生，提高护理满意度，对促进护患关系和谐有重要意义，值得推广。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the effect of individualized nursing follow-up program in discharged children with fracture. Methods: From January 2019 to June 2020, 134 cases of discharged children with fracture were selected as the research object, and they were divided into groups according to the time sequence of discharge, 67 cases in each group. Two groups of nursing follow-up effect comparison. Results: The follow-up rate and follow-up rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The HSS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the observation group (1.49%) was lower than that in the control group (11.94%) (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.51%, which was higher than that of the control group (74.63%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Individualized nursing follow-up program for discharged children with fracture is conducive to fracture healing, achieve the expected follow-up effect, reduce the occurrence of postoperative adverse events, improve nursing satisfaction, and promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, which is worthy of promotion.
