      目的 研究将聚焦解决方案模型应用在诊断为胶质母细胞瘤患者的主要照顾者中的作用效果。方法 依据患者办理住院的前后顺序将40例恶性程度高的胶质母细胞瘤患者的主要照顾者分为对照组和观察组各20例,对照组行一般的心理管理及健康教育,对观察组则运用聚焦解决方案模型下的心理管理和健康教育进行管理,比较了两组主要照顾者的负担表和焦虑的自我评价表项目的分数。结果 观察组的主要护理者在患者出院时负担量表总得分及各条目得分均低于对照组(P＜0.001),观察组的主要护理者在患者出院时焦虑自评量表得及各层次得分均低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 采取聚焦解决方案模型中的心理管理和健康教育对于减少高级别胶质细胞瘤患者主要照顾人的负担,缓解焦躁等负面情绪明显有效。
英文摘要:
      Objective :To study the effect of focusing solution model on the main caregivers of patients diagnosed with glioblastoma. Methods：According to the order of the patients" hospitalization, the main caregivers of 40 patients with glioblastoma with high malignancy were divided into a control group and an observation group of 20 cases each. The control group received general psychological management and health education. Then the psychological management and health education under the focused solution model were used for management, and the scores of the burden table and the anxiety self-evaluation table of the two main caregivers were compared. Results：The main caregivers of the observation group were lower than the control group when the patients were discharged from the hospital (P <0.001). The main caregivers of the observation group were rated at all levels when the patients were discharged from the hospital. The scores are lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion：The psychological management and health education in the focused solution model are obviously effective in reducing the burden of the primary caregivers of patients with high-grade gliomas and alleviating negative emotions such as restlessness.
