      目的：探讨妇幼专科医院孕产妇健康管理需求情况，同时制定切实有效的管理对策。方法：以上海市长宁区妇幼保健院2020年6月-8月接收的孕产妇作为调查对象，以问卷调查法获得2778名孕产妇的问卷资料，并对调查资料进行统计分析。结果：初产妇与经产妇的健康管理需求、健康认知都存在明显差异，且差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。根据Logistics回归分析，初产妇与经产妇健康管理需求主要与孕早期、孕中期、年龄、家庭年收入、既往史有关，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。根据Logistics回归分析，初产妇与经产妇健康管理认知主要与孕早期、孕中期、孕晚期、产褥期、年龄、文化程度、职业、家庭年收入、既往史有关，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：孕产妇对健康管理有着较高的需求，且表现出经产妇、初产妇的认知差异，应当针对性的制定管理方案，提高妇幼保健工作的有效性。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the needs of maternal health management in maternal and child hospital, and formulate effective management countermeasures. Methods: 2778 pregnant and lying in women in Shanghai Changning maternal and child health hospital from June to August in 2020 were selected as the subjects of the survey. Results: there were significant differences in health management needs and health cognition between primipara and multipara (P < 0.05). According to the logistic regression analysis, the health management needs of primipara and multipara were mainly related to early pregnancy, mid pregnancy, age, medical expenses payment, annual family income and past history, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). According to the logistic regression analysis, the cognition of health management of primipara and multipara was mainly related to early pregnancy, mid pregnancy, late pregnancy , puerperium, age, education level, occupation, medical expenses payment, annual family income and past history (P < 0.05). Conclusion: pregnant and lying in women have a higher demand for health management, and show the cognitive differences between multipara and primipara. We should make targeted management programs to improve the effectiveness of maternal and child health care.
