      目的 探讨应用罗伊适应模式减轻乳腺癌术后患者抑郁状态的效果。方法 选取我院2017年8月-2019年12月乳腺癌术后患者130例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各65例。对照组给予常规的护理措施，观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予罗伊适应模式，观察两组患者入院时、术后干预1周及出院前1天的心理状态，对比两组患者的抑郁程度及自护能力情况，并记录。结果 观察组患者抑郁症状优于对照组，自护能力优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论 应用罗伊适应模式，能有效减轻乳腺癌术后患者抑郁状态，提升患者自护能力，促进术后功能康复，降低并发症的发生，改善乳腺癌术后患者生活质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effect of using Roy's adaptive model to reduce the depression of breast cancer patients after operation.Method From August 2017 to December 2019,130 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,65 cases each.TThe control group gave routine nursing measures, the observation group gave Roy adaptation mode based on routine nursing, observed the psychological state of the two patients at admission, 1 week of postoperative intervention and 1 day before discharge, compared the depression degree and self - care ability of the two groups, and recorded them. Results The depressive symptoms in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the recovery of self-care ability and postoperative functional exercise was better than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of Roy adaptation model can effectively reduce the depression of breast cancer patients after operation, improve the ability of self-care, promote postoperative functional rehabilitation, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients after operation.
