      目的：评价一次性使用无菌测温导尿管在手术患者术中低体温预防中的作用。方法：通过手术麻醉系统，对存在术中低体温高危因素患者的术中体温情况经行记录，并对使用测温导尿管前后术中低体温发生率进行对比分析。结果：与使用前相比（488/1996, 24.45%），使用测温导尿管后，术中低体温发生率（197/2256，8.73%）明显下降（P＜0.001）。结论：一次性使用无菌测温导尿管在术中体温监测上有其独特优势，而术中低体温的预防需要包括测温导尿管在内的多种方法共同协作。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To evaluate the role of disposable sterile temperature-measuring catheters in the prevention of intraoperative hypothermia in surgical patients. Methods: Through the surgical anesthesia system, the intraoperative temperature of patients with high risk factors of intraoperative hypothermia was recorded, and the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia before and after the using of temperature-measuring catheters was compared and analyzed. Results: The incidence of intraoperative hypothermia (197/2256, 8.73%) was significantly lower after the use of the thermometer catheters than before (488/1996, 24.45%) (P＜0.001). Conclusion: The disposable sterile temperature measurement catheter had its unique advantages in intraoperative temperature monitoring, and the prevention of intraoperative hypothermia requires a variety of methods including temperature measurement catheters.
